Financial Controller - Retail

Broad controllership FC role including FP&A reporting into excellent CFOLarge and established retail groupCBD Offices with WFH$190-210K + super + great benefits*Exclusive to Perigon Group*Established retail group seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage it's financial accounting and financial planning functions and provide support to the CFO and wider business.You will manage a small and high performing team and oversee all financial reporting, shared services and GL accounting.You will lead annual budgeting and reforecasting while developing financial models for strategic planning. This role will also monitor budget performance and deliver variance analysis with actionable insights.Additionally you'll play a pivotal role in a number of projects, with a particular focus around cash management, optimisation of team structure and internal controls.You are a CA or CPA qualified Financial Controller (or Senior Finance Manager), with extensive leadership experience in mid-large sized organisation/s.For more information, please contact Schenuk Wijesekera on 02 9775 5916.
