Someone who enjoys being close to operations, understands the flow between production, R&D, and finance, and takes pride in turning numbers into insights that shape real business decisions.The RoleAs Financial Controller, you’ll be the financial backbone for Operations and R&D, working hand in hand with the CFO and management team. Your work will combine strategic input with operational understanding - helping the company make informed, forward-looking decisions.You’ll:Manage and optimise controlling processes and implement best practices.Act as a trusted business partner, advising management with clear, data-based insights.Lead the forecast and budget cycles for your departments.Prepare cost price calculations and analyse the financial impact of price changes.Support operations with regular performance analyses and identify improvement opportunities.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of royalty income.You’ll report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborate across departments in a setting where communication lines are short and teamwork is genuine.Your ProfileMaster’s degree in an economic or financial field.5-7+ years’ experience in controlling or financial management, ideally in a manufacturing or production company.Strong analytical mindset and solid knowledge of SAP, Excel, IFRS, and BE GAAP.Fluent in Dutch and English, and comfortable working in a mixed international environment.Proactive, accurate, and able to translate figures into meaningful business insight.The OfferYou’ll be joining a company that values initiative, personal connection, and long-term commitment.
