Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Melbourne, VIC. The Financial Controller will oversee the financial health of the business by preparing accurate financial statements, managing financial reporting, analyzing budget data, and ensuring meticulous accounting practices. The individual will also be responsible for providing actionable insights derived from financial analysis while ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting practicesProficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and create business strategiesAttention to detail and a methodical approach to financial operationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or similar certification is a plus)Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantageStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in financial software and tools
