This position offers the chance to shape financial strategy across multiple countries, lead a talented team, and partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.About the RoleAs Regional Financial Controller, you will be the key driver of financial integrity and compliance for entities across the Indo-Pacific region. You’ll manage statutory accounting, financial controls, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards. This role also involves strategic business partnering, supporting growth initiatives, and leading a high-performing finance team.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & ControlOversee statutory accounting and financial reporting for regional entities.Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations.Manage audits, tax filings, and transfer pricing reviews.Drive process improvements and implement best practices.Strategic Finance & AnalysisLead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Provide actionable insights and business intelligence to senior leadership.Support strategic projects and commercial decision-making.Cash & Risk ManagementManage cash flow forecasting, funding, and liquidity.Oversee foreign exchange exposure and hedging strategies.People LeadershipBuild and develop a motivated, high-performing finance team.Provide coaching, feedback, and change management leadership.Business PartneringAdvise on contract performance, pricing, and profitability.Collaborate on tender responses and commercial modeling.What We’re Looking For✔ Experience: 10+ years in finance/accounting leadership roles within multinational environments. MUST have experience working with US based companies or has worked in the USA previously. ✔ Qualifications: CPA or MBA preferred; strong technical accounting expertise. ✔ Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, and ability to manage complex financial operations. ✔ Knowledge: IFRS, tax laws, audit processes, and shared service environments. ✔ Bonus: Experience in government contracting or professional services industry.
