You’ll manage statutory accounting, financial controls, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards. This role also involves strategic business partnering, supporting growth initiatives, and leading a high-performing finance team.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & ControlOversee statutory accounting and financial reporting for regional entities.Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations.Manage audits, tax filings, and transfer pricing reviews.Drive process improvements and implement best practices.Strategic Finance & AnalysisLead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Provide actionable insights and business intelligence to senior leadership.Support strategic projects and commercial decision-making.Cash & Risk ManagementManage cash flow forecasting, funding, and liquidity.Oversee foreign exchange exposure and hedging strategies.People LeadershipBuild and develop a motivated, high-performing finance team.Provide coaching, feedback, and change management leadership.Business PartneringAdvise on contract performance, pricing, and profitability.Collaborate on tender responses and commercial modeling.What We’re Looking For✔ Experience: 10+ years in finance/accounting leadership roles within multinational environments. MUST have experience working with US based companies or has worked in the USA previously. ✔ Qualifications: CPA or MBA preferred; strong technical accounting expertise. ✔ Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, and ability to manage complex financial operations. ✔ Knowledge: IFRS, tax laws, audit processes, and shared service environments. ✔ Bonus: Experience in government contracting or professional services industry.
