The Financial Controller will oversee the financial operations and reporting within the organisation. Key day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role also involves offering strategic financial guidance to support decision-making processes and business objectives.QualificationsProficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial ReportingStrong Analytical Skills to interpret data and assist with strategic decision-makingExpertise in Accounting principles and practicesIn-depth knowledge in Finance and financial planningRelevant educational background, such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with professional certifications considered a strong advantageStrong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlinesPrior experience in a similar finance or accounting role within the hospitality or tourism sector is highly advantageousCandidate must be eligible to attend interviews on site and be eligible to work in the EU.
