Finance Manager - FinTech Salary: 25,000 - 30,000AEDWe’re working with a fast-growing startup that’s making big waves in cross-border financial services.Backed by strong investors and expanding quickly around the world, they’re now looking for a Finance Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day finance operations across all group entities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all finance operations across the UAE and other entities, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely accounting and tax submissions.Lead month-end and year-end close processes, coordinating with external accountants and regional advisors.Maintain compliance with IFRS and local regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions.Oversee audits, statutory filings, and local financial governance.Supervise payroll, benefits, and expense management across the region, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Partner with the Director of Finance on group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and global reporting activities.Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through detailed financial analysis, cost tracking, and variance reviews.Help develop and maintain global finance policies, controls, and reporting standards.Maintain accuracy and data integrity in the company’s global accounting systems.Build regional and global financial models to guide business planning and strategic decisions.Deliver financial insights that help teams interpret performance metrics and optimise spending.Act as a business partner to cross-functional teams, providing commercial and operational financial support.Contribute to pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes as the organisation scales.Implement and enhance internal controls, governance, and process standardisation across all financial operations.Support the rollout of automation and tools that improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.Drive continuous process improvements to strengthen financial visibility and performance monitoring.Required experience:4–6 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or other high-growth tech sectors.Strong accounting foundation with knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and consolidation practices.Practical experience managing payroll and compliance across multiple markets (including Singapore preferred).Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Excellent communication and stakeholder management, comfortable collaborating across global teams.Self-driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving settings.Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, NetSuite).
