This pivotal role will ensure the integrity of financial processes, reporting, and controls, while supporting strategic decision-making across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.Maintain and enhance a robust financial controls framework.Oversee And, Where Necessary, Prepare Routine Financial Transactions Including Month-end journal entries and trial balance review Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processesPrepare And Review Financial Reports Including Monthly management accounts with variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations Departmental overhead cost reports and liaison with budget holders Board-level reporting packsAnnual statutory financial statements and regulatory accountsCoordinate and manage the annual external audit process.Oversee Cash Management Activities Including Cashflow forecasting Payment approvalsSkillsLead Manage ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified Proven experience managing a small finance team.
