If you’re looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, growing company, we invite you to join us on this journeyKey Responsibilities:Oversee accounting functions (Bookkeepers, as well as outsourced accountants in the Subsidiaries)Manage all month-end close processes.Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS.Responsible for revenue recognition, accuracy and completeness on a monthly basePrepare annual and quarterly audits with the Company’s external auditors.Prepare monthly Cash flow and Forecast.Lead preparation of an annual budget.Responsibility for managing the monthly billing of consolidated SaaS· Assisting with the Company’s special projects as well as Investors' requestsInteract with other departments to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial analysis, reports, and recommendations.Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems processes, tools, and control systems.Requirements:4+ years of experience in an accounting firm or hi-tech/start-up finance department.IL CPA certification Experience with Public Company regulation – an advantageGood knowledge of IFRS.Experience with Public Company regulation – an advantageKnowledge and experience in US-GAAP and US-Tax- an advantage.Experience with NetSuite - an advantageExperience in the preparation of a monthly reported packageStrong EXCEL experience -MustHigh level of English – MustHybrid work- 3 days in the office (Tel Aviv)The position is open to candidates of all genders and backgrounds equally.
