Financial Controller

Our team is compact, highly ambitious, and driven by our shared values of speed, security, and quality in everything we do.We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our growing team and take on the supporting role of Guru Pay's CFO. This is a hands-on and highly impactful role where you'll have the opportunity to shape financial processes, ensure operational excellence, and act as a vital link between management, external partners, and our internal teams.What will you do:Work with the outsourced accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial data. Coordinate external financial audits and maintain strong relationships with auditors. Develop and implement finance processes: accounting policies, general ledger structure, and intangible asset managementSupport colleagues across departments with finance-related questions and operational needsManage the company's invoice approval workflow (Finbite) and continuously optimize the processLead the month-end closing process and prepare comprehensive finance reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPI summaries. Contribute to budgeting cycles by providing insights, analysis, and accurate financial data. Conduct detailed expense reviews and help ensure cost efficiency across departmentsWork hand-in-hand with the CFO with short and long term projectsWhat we expect:Clear and structured communication in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
