Financial Controller

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Controller to join our team. This role ensures efficient financial management to support strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial information. Constantly analyses the operational situation of the company, efficiently and correctly, to identify success factors and areas for improvement, proposing permanent measures in this directive.Key Responsibilities:Business Partner: Controls and monitors the operational activity of the company departments; Collaborate closely with business stream to understand and support business objectives. Provide support and consultancy for strategic decision-making;Analysis and Optimization: Identify and analyse opportunities for improving financial and operational performance. Propose and implement cost optimization and efficiency enhancement solutions, working closely with IT department;Analyses the deviations of certain key operational indicators for the organization (including expenses) and proposes action plans to remedy these deviations;Delivers analysis and control reports to the Controlling Manager/ CFO for various business lines / operations area and proposes plans for corrective measures and improvement of operational performance, where necessary;Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports and analyse financial results compared to budgets and forecasts (Monthly OPEX deviations analyses);Responsible for the accuracy of the prepared business analyses;Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring all departments are involved and forecasts are accurate.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or economics; Minimum 3 years of experience in analysing results, trends, building reports;Excellent planning and monitoring financial/economic indicators skills;Strong MS Office skills (Excel is mandatory, Power Point is a plus);Strong quantitative and analytical skills;English language skills – fluent;Eagerness to learn, oriented towards improvement and continuous professional development.
