Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Tirana. The Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and managing accounting operations. The role also involves developing and implementing financial strategies, conducting analysis of financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Financial Controller will collaborate with various departments to support decision-making and drive financial performance. Qualifications Strong skills in Financial Statements, Finance, and Financial ReportingProficient in Accounting practicesExcellent Analytical Skills for assessing financial dataBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldProfessional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus
