Financial Controller | Woodworking / Joinery FactoryWe are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function of our woodworking manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing finance expertise, with hands-on exposure to joinery, fit-out, or timber-based production.Key Responsibilities• Own full factory financials: cost accounting, budgeting, and monthly closing• Maintain accurate product costing (timber, veneers, hardware, labour, machinery)• Analyse yield, scrap, rework and consumption variances vs. BOQ• Lead inventory valuation and stock controls for raw materials, WIP & finished goods• Partner with Production, Procurement and Commercial teams on cost efficiency• Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP, VAT and audit requirements• Provide MIS, dashboards and decision support to leadershipRequirements• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; CMA/CPA preferred• 15+ years in finance, with at least 3 in a manufacturing/woodworking/joinery factory• Strong command of cost accounting, KSA audit requirements and factory controls• ERP experience (JDE/MS Dynamics or similar)Please send your CV to careers@inseab.com with the subject line:Ref0115_Your NameOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
