The plant's products are distributed in 30 countries. The production site is a full expression of the industrial, social and environmental values of the Group: quality, the result of innovation and control in production, safety of the working environments, minimal impact on the environment. Between 2005 e il 2020 in terms of enviromental management, outstanding results have been reached. The site is in fact carbon neutral since 2015 and since 2018 is also a waterloop factory, that is a production site which consumes water solely as a raw material for products and not for other uses. In this way more than 40,000 m3 are reused and therefore saved every year, equal to over 80 swimming pool of 25 m.Upon joining the company as a Financial Controller Intern,The candidate, alongside the company tutor and supported by the Finance Team, will follow a training course aimed at understanding the controlling process within an industrial reality.Key Responsibilities Of The RoleParticipate in reporting activities for monthly closing, forecasts and budgetsParticipate in inventory reconciliation and contribute to the improvement of inventory managementParticipate in the elaboration of weekly financial indicators and monthly variance analysis vs main reference scenarios (budget, forecasts)Actively participate in internal continuous improvement projects and support the team in order to redefine and implement internal process and proceduresEnsure compliance with the Group Internal control norms implementing where necessary the controls requiredBasic RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in economics and/or Business Administration (Finance field)Good knowledge of English, French is a plusComplete mastery of Microsoft Office and data analyst programs, Power BI and SAP knowledge is a plusOther RequirementsPrevious work experience in the financial fieldPrevious work/study experience abroadStrong knowledge of management accounting and business economicsInvolvement and motivation to work in a teamAbility to analyze production processesRewards And PerksMonthly EUR 1000/gross allowance & free access to the company canteenFriendly and dynamic work atmosphere in the diverse environment of the market beauty leaderUnlimited access to the L'Oréal e-learning platform to boost your competenciesStarting date: January 2026LI_ITA
