A leading company in the finance and real estate sectors, is seeking an exceptional Financial Controller to join their growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CFO in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to strategic business decisions. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and supporting the company's continued growth trajectory.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide the CFO with accurate and timely financial reporting and analysisEnsure proper documentation, reporting, and maintenance of all financial transactionsOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet critical deadlinesCollaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audits and regulatory reportingOversee cash flow management and forecastingPartner with various departments to deliver financial insights that drive informed business decisionsSupport the CFO in preparing and presenting financial reports to executive leadership, stakeholders, and board membersConduct due diligence activities as requiredEnsure full compliance with local and international regulatory reporting obligations, including tax filingsRequirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Israel Minimum 3 years of accounting experience Big Four accounting firm experience preferred At least 2 years of experience in a large corporation, ideally within finance or real estate industries Required Competencies Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities Native-level fluency in both Hebrew and English Comprehensive knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory reporting requirements Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience highly valued Strategic mindset with broad business acumen Demonstrated commitment, attention to detail, and results-driven approach Adaptability and resilience in a fast-moving, evolving business environment BenefitsCompetitive compensation package (NIS 30,000) with excellent professional development opportunitiesCareer advancement opportunitiesDynamic and challenging work environmentAvailability: Within two months of offerPosition open to all qualified candidates regardless of genderFull-Time positionEqual Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination PolicyEqual Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer in accordance with Israeli law.
