We’re Parte, a PE-backed property management company founded in Belgium in 2020. We offer operational, financial, legal, and technical support to residential property owners and associations. After expanding into Germany in 2022, we’re now laying the foundation for our operations here – and we’re just getting started.We’re looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial and hands-on mindsetFinancial Controller (m/w/d)to help shape our journey in Germany. Someone who’s ready to grow with us, build something from scratch, and take on responsibility early.Your Role: Drive Financial Clarity & Business ImpactAs Financial Controller, you will play a key role in establishing a strong performance-driven finance function in Germany. You’ll work closely with our Head of Finance and collaborate with the finance team in Belgium. Your mission: assure accurate financial and KPI reporting on a monthly basis, create transparency, and enable smart decision-making. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and the opportunity to grow as we scale.TasksTake ownership of monthly management reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, budget vs. actual)Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesDevelop and improve controlling tools, reports, and dashboards (Excel/Power BI)Drive financial process improvements and automationPartner with internal and external stakeholders (External accountants, Auditor, Belgian Finance team, , HR, Legal,)Support M&A activities (financial analysis, integration, reporting)Prepare ad-hoc analyses and management insightsRequirementsDegree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Controlling, or similar3–5 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or similar roleStrong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and cost analysisAdvanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)Structured, analytical mindset and high attention to detailHands-on mentality and a proactive, solution-oriented working styleComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environmentFluent in German and EnglishBonus: Experience in M&A or financial integration is a plus.BenefitsA high-impact role with responsibility from day oneChance to shape the finance function in a growing organizationEntrepreneurial environment with short decision paths and ownershipStrong support from an international and collaborative teamProfessional growth and career development opportunitiesAttractive compensation packageA great, open-minded team culture and modern office spaces in the heart of Hamburg, where collaboration and good coffee go hand in hand.Ready to Build Something Meaningful?We’d love to hear from you.
