Financial Controller

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients – a group of medical clinics – for the position of Financial Controller.The role requires a good analytical, structured, and proactive finance professional with strong experience in controlling, budgeting, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting the finance team, and providing insightful reporting to the Group.Key Responsibilitie:Controlling & ReportingOversee monthly controlling and financial consolidation for all clinics.Ensure accuracy and consistency of revenue accounts, cost allocations, and intercompany reconciliations.Prepare and deliver financial reports to the Group, ensuring timeliness and compliance with internal standards.Analyze performance variances and provide clear recommendations for improvement.Budgeting & ForecastingLead the budgeting process and support clinic managers in planning and forecasting.Monitor actual results versus budget and prepare variance analyses.Build financial models and business cases to support management decisions and strategic initiatives.Contribute to finance process automation and system integration projects.Structure, correlate, and validate financial data across clinics and accounting platforms.Identify opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted finance partner.Support the local finance team with analytical insights and technical guidance.Translate financial data into meaningful conclusions to drive business performance.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling or financial analysis.Strong expertise in controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue accounting.Proficiency in advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, automation).Hands-on experience with data structuring, automation, and ERP systems.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Business-oriented mindset, able to connect financials with operational outcomes.Proactive and ambitious, with the ability to set and achieve high goals.Fluent in English (spoken and written).
