Financial Controller

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our international and fast-growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting strategic growth while ensuring compliance and accuracy across financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure accuracy and compliance of accounting in line with local GAAP.Maintain effective controls and budgets to mitigate risk and enhance reporting accuracy.Provide timely and comprehensive financial reporting and analysis, using relevant KPIs to explain business trends and variances.Lead the preparation of annual plans and monthly forecasts.Support go-to-market initiatives with data-driven insights at business level.Stay informed on local legislation and ensure statutory and regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time.Act as a primary contact for local authorities and external auditors (KPMG, EY).Provide information for annual audits and other assignments.Prepare the corporate annual report and statutory accounts, and research technical accounting issues to ensure compliance.About YouUniversity degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience.Strong knowledge of English, French, and Spanish.Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Hyperion and Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage.Previous experience in retail is beneficial.Strong organizational skills and commercial awareness.Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in problem-solving.Why You’ll Love It Here...At Sally Europe, we live by our values: Be Yourself.
