Financial Controller

From this position you will be able to engage in every aspect of the Finance department, holding a key role to our growth. This position requires strong technical skills but also desire perception, communication skills, willingness to lead projects and ultimately to evolve.Key Responsibilities:Shape the company’s financial reporting processes, ensuring consistency and in-depth viewDeep dive into data to extract insights and provide strategic insights.Enhance reporting though Power BI (Power BI knowledge is a welcomed plus).Lead the budgeting process and business planning.Lead financial and strategic projectsWork along the Senior Management to help achieving financial strategies business objectives.Qualifications & Skills:Desire to evolve, engage in new projects and challenges, sharp and clear viewBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics5 years’ Experience in financial analysis, controlling or auditing roles is welcomed but not a deal-breakerIn-depth knowledge of accounting principles, Balance sheet and Cash FlowStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration is a needed perk.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Experience working with ERP systems is an extra assetFluency in EnglishΑbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.We offer:Competitive compensation packageLearning and development opportunitiesPrivate medical & life insuranceReward and recognition programsExposure to a rapidly growing organisationReady to take the next big step in your career?
