Role Description We are seeking a Financial Controller for a full-time, on-site position located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting and accounting processes, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Financial Controller will work closely with leadership to provide insights that support decision-making and maintain financial health and integrity. Qualifications Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and reportsProven expertise in Financial Reporting, Finance, and AccountingWell-developed Analytical Skills with attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in accounting software and financial systemsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plusExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience in roles with leadership or managerial responsibilities is preferred
