You’ll ensure GAAP compliance, accurate financial reporting, and audit readiness — while building scalable processes that support our expansion across production, wholesale, and digital channels.What You’ll Be DoingOwn month-end close, consolidations, and intercompany eliminationsMaintain and implement GAAP-compliant accounting policiesManage financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, channel-level reporting)Lead adoption and optimization of NetSuite ERP across Finance workflowsCoordinate with external CPA firms on audits, tax filings, and compliance mattersImplement internal controls, approval workflows, and segregation of dutiesOversee AP/AR, payroll compliance, and treasury functionsWhat You BringCPA or equivalent preferred5–8 years of controllership or senior accounting experienceStrong knowledge of US GAAP and intercompany accountingERP expertise (NetSuite strongly preferred)Background in CPG or high-growth e-commerce a plusExcellent leadership and project management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first team environmentWhy Work With UsWe’re building something with depth and direction.
