Financial Controller (Permanent)Stanton House is exclusively recruiting a Financial Controller for a fast-growing international business based in Dublin (Hybrid working).This permanent position is paying, €100,000 – €120,000 + bonus and benefits, depending on experience.This Financial Controller will be focussed on strengthening financial operations and governance. The business operates across multiple jurisdictions and is expanding quickly, offering excellent potential for progression as the organisation grows.Initially there will be no management responsibilities, but this will change as the business continues to scale. As a result, this role will require someone who is comfortable managing a wide spectrum of responsibilities - from day-to-day transactional activities and statutory reporting, through to advising the Board on financial decision-making. This role offers a clear pathway into leadership.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day financial operations, including month-end and year-end close.Take ownership of cashflow forecasting and reporting to senior stakeholders.Prepare and submit statutory accounts, VAT returns, and other compliance filings.Build and maintain strong relationships with CSPs, banks, and external advisors.Oversee and enhance financial risk management and control processes.Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Contribute to Board-level discussions and provide financial insight to guide decision-making.Play a pivotal role in scaling the finance function, transitioning from an individual contributor into building and leading a high-performing team.Key Requirements:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Strong post-qualified experience in financial management, ideally within a regulated or international business.Comfortable spanning both hands-on transactional finance and strategic advisory work.Proven ability to deliver accurate statutory reporting, VAT returns and regulatory submissions.Experience managing cashflow, financial controls, and risk management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at Board level.Advanced Excel and ERP system experience.Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, adaptable, and motivated to grow with the business.If you meet the above criteria, please apply below.
