This high:impact role will oversee Accounting and Finance Operations across multiple entities, driving process excellence, automation, and financial rigor.Key Responsibilities Lead management accounts, year:end audits, cashflow, and treasury. Oversee finance systems and implement automation across key processes. Partner with teams to scale the business efficiently while maintaining financial discipline.Ideal Candidate ACA/ACCA qualified with 5:8 years in high:growth, multi:country businesses. Strong IFRS/UK GAAP knowledge NetSuite experience essential Proven leader with a continuous improvement mindset.
