Our core values guide their actions and are the foundation of our company culture, driving us to achieve the vision of being the leading Translation Management System for enterprises.We're currently seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our growing team.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsProvide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-makingManage cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and bank accountsCoordinate external audits and act as the primary contact for auditors and tax advisorsDevelop, implement, and maintain strong internal controlsOptimize accounting systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and scalabilitySupport financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activitiesOversee payroll and employee benefits for approximately 40 employees through NethrisEnsure payroll compliance with Canadian labor laws and tax requirementsAdminister group benefits, retirement savings plans, and leave policiesSupport new employee onboarding from an administrative and payroll perspectiveMaintain and update financial records using QuickBooks OnlineManage accounts payable and receivable processesGenerate ad hoc financial reports as requiredHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretionPerform other accounting and finance-related tasks as neededRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience managing the complete accounting cycleStrong proficiency with accounting systems like QuickBooks OnlineSolid experience with Canadian payroll and tax complianceDemonstrate a collaborative attitudeAbility to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentShare a passion and flexibility to learn new tools and skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBilingual English and FrenchCollege diploma in Accounting (Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance considered an asset)BenefitsIn exchange, we offer you...The chance to work within a solid and passionate teamA dynamic team of experts;A flexible work schedule;Possibility of teleworking;A dynamic, human, stimulating company open to the world;A wide range of social activities, and much more!
