Your role is not just to report on the past, but to help build the future by ensuring the company's profitability and sustainable growth.Your mission is to "read" the market's reality through the numbers. You must anticipate deviations and propose proactive solutions. You don't just report that sales went up or down; you explain the product mix, the impact of distribution channels, and how the pricing strategy is affecting the gross margin. Your goal is to ensure the division has the agility to react to a beauty market that changes daily.You Will Also Lead On The Evaluation and management of sales across the various businesses associated with L’Oréal Chile, consolidating and analyzing information provided by each financial partner and its impact on the country's P&L. Preparation and presentation of reports and projections on a regular basis, identifying associated risks and opportunities that impact the business. Monitoring and control of sales and margins for each product, maintaining constant communication with the plant teams. Point of contact with L’Oréal's regional and global teams, providing timely and accurate information as needed, ensuring the delivery of reliable data for decision-making. Management of internal and external clients, fostering collaborative and participatory work.⸻Requirements3 to 5 years of experience in Finance/Controlling roles, preferably in dynamic or multinational environments.Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.Experience using analytics and data to drive insights and decision-making.Power BI, SAP and ExcelSolid knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and labor relations. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
