This position will report directly to the Vice President of Manufacturing.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Engineering or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years in a Manufacturing environmentExperience in ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Suite, Lean MFG, SQL is a plusMain Responsibilities of this Position:Perform indirect expense/overhead rate analysis and forecastingProvide monthly cell performance (Financial) to all cell managersPerform monthly inventory reconciliationsPerform monthly aged work order analysisProvide shop floor support (Financial)Provide monthly vendor processing analysisProvides analysis of financial data related to variance and standard cost analysisPrepare cost estimates and evaluate and analyze the profitability of proposed new itemsBuild and analyze BOM costs and roll upsAnalyzing production variances, purchase price variance and bridging analysis by volume, capacity, cost and product mixProvide analysis and reconciliation of inventory balances (weekly, monthly)Responsible for monthly cost of sale reporting and variance analysisSupport team on various month end and yearly forecasting and budgeting tasksWhile this position is offered as Hybrid, we estimate you will spend approximately 25% of your time on the factory floor.What We Offer:A collaborative innovation-driven environmentOpportunities to lead impactful projectsA chance to shape the future of industrial design and applicationA varied and extensive benefits packageOur promise - you will never be bored
