You will build templates, automate data collection from various sources using APIs, and leverage those data sets to provide clear, actionable insights to our leadership. Your technical partnership will inform both M&A and asset management decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Data Aggregation & Automation:Utilize Python and SQL to pull and aggregate financial data from public websites, internal databases, and external APIs.Build and maintain foundational financial models in Excel, ensuring robust and dynamic population of scripts.Synthesize large datasets to identify KIPs and trends.Analytical & Strategic Partnership:Work closely with leadership to provide insights that inform deal strategy and acquisition decisions.Contribute to market research by pulling external data for modeling assumptions and competitor analysis.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all models and templates.Portfolio & Asset Support:Track and analyze performance of existing properties.Assist with ad‑hoc administrative tasks related to deal flow and pipeline management.
