If you’re passionate about financial markets, machine learning, and turning raw numbers into knowledge, this is your opportunity to make an impact by shaping data-driven strategies that fuel growth and success.What You'll Be Cooking UpAnalyze: Large volumes of structured and unstructured financial data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities.Develop and implement: Machine learning models and advanced statistical algorithms to address complex business challenges.Establish and maintain: Rigorous quality control processes for machine learning workflows, including model validation, performance monitoring, and bias detection.Collaborate: With cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decisions.Design and optimize data pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient and reliable data processing.Create and present dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with governance standards across all analytics initiatives.Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in data science, artificial intelligence, and financial analytics.What You Bring To The TableBachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Certification in Business and Systems Analysis is advantageous.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.Experience with Machine Learning & AI, including ML frameworks and algorithm development.Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.Strong foundation in statistics, econometrics, and time-series analysis.Familiarity with Big Data tools and cloud platforms.Exposure to Dynamix ERP system and Microsoft Fabric cloud platform.Understanding of financial instruments, risk management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in dynamic environments.Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.Ability to tell compelling stories with data and engage stakeholders effectively.Critical thinking and decision-making under uncertainty.Why You'll Love It HereCompetitive salary and bonuses.Comprehensive benefits.Collaborative, inclusive, and flexible work environment.Ready to make an impact?
