Finance Director | High-Growth SaaS | London£120,000–£140,000 plus bonus and equityI’m supporting a rapidly scaling SaaS business founded by a leadership team with multiple successful exits. The company has grown internationally, and is recognised as one of the UK’s fastest-growing start-ups. Backed by top-tier investors, the business is preparing for its next phase of expansion.This newly created Finance Director role will be a pivotal hire, partnering directly with the CFO and founders to lead the finance function, improve performance reporting, and drive strategic decision-making across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesFP&A & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, planning, rolling forecasts, and long-term modelling; provide strategic insight to optimise spend and support growth initiatives.SaaS Metrics & Analysis: Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to guide retention, expansion, and investment decisions.Commercial Finance & Reporting: Analyse revenue, costs, margins, and commissions; enhance systems, dashboards, and reporting for leadership and investors.Strategic Partnership: Work closely with founders and senior leaders to influence business strategy, support international growth, and contribute to investor communications.Team Leadership: Oversee finance operations across multiple locations and manage a high-performing team.What We’re Looking ForQualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong FP&A and commercial finance experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or high-growth, PE/VC-backed environments.Experience in scaling finance functions and improving reporting, forecasting, and performance visibility.Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics.Confident and credible communicator, comfortable partnering with founders and senior stakeholders.Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, office-first scale-up environment.This is an excellent opportunity to join a founder-led, high-growth SaaS business at a pivotal stage, with exposure to C-suite leadership, investors, and international expansion.
