It’s modular, energy-efficient, and built for scale. Backed by serious capital and already breaking ground, they’re targeting an IPO within 12 months.As Finance Director, you’ll work directly with a world-class CFO to build the finance engine that is held under scrutiny. You’ll lead reporting, controls, governance, systems, and ESG.In this role, you’ll:Own financial reporting, audits, month-end, and statutory accountsBuild internal controls, governance, and compliance across AASB, ASIC, ASX, and tax.Drive IPO execution with the CFO, including due diligence, prospectus input, and disclosure.Scale finance systems, automate processes, and structure the team.Lead ESG reporting and integrate it across finance and operations.Manage and develop a high-performing team.Work closely with the board, legal, advisors, and executive leadershipWhat you bring:CA or CPA qualified with 10+ years in financial control or auditOperated inside an ASX-listed company or led IPO preparationDeep knowledge of AASB/IFRS and full-cycle statutory reportingProven ability to build systems and controls that scaleFamiliar with ESG frameworks like ISSB, GRI, or TCFDExposure to international tax and cross-border operations (APAC, US)Credibility with boards, auditors, and foundersBackground in tech, infrastructure, or capital-heavy environmentsApply now or reach out via the details below for more information.Email: george.bates@latitudeit.com.au
