Financial Director

We are currently supporting several leading organizations in the UAE that are seeking experienced Finance Directors to join their leadership teams.As a Finance Director, you will play a key role in driving financial strategy, managing overall financial performance, and supporting executive decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for senior finance professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are looking to take on a strategic leadership position.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.Provide insights and analysis to support business growth, cost optimization, and investment decisions.Oversee and mentor finance teams to ensure effective financial management and reporting.Drive process improvements and implement best practices across finance functions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly desirable.Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.Proven track record in strategic financial management, business partnering, and leadership.Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region is a plus.
