Financial Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Director to lead our finance function and play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the executive team, and will oversee all financial operations while driving growth, compliance, and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support business growth.Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management processes.Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.Manage cash flow, investments, and capital allocation to optimize profitability.Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.Implement best practices in financial governance, controls, and digital tools.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or senior finance leader.Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at executive level.Excellent understanding of financial management, corporate finance, and accounting principles.Commercial acumen with the ability to link finance to business strategy.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
