As the key market for growth, we are looking for Speciality tire Sales Engineer Philippine to join our Team to support our clients in the Philippine.Essential Functions:Formulate and implement the financial strategy for the Indonesian subsidiary, oversee daily financial management, and manage & develop the finance team.Establish and improve the regional operating budget and business analysis system, and promote the implementation of regional business analysis.Ensure strict financial compliance, and guarantee that the company’s accounting and tax practices comply with local Indonesian laws and accounting standards.Develop financial accounting models, and provide professional financial advice for the company’s major decision-making.Liaise with the domestic headquarters and local external institutions in Indonesia including tax authorities, banks and auditors, and maintain good cooperative relationships.Establish and optimize the financial management systems and processes of the Indonesian subsidiary, prevent financial risks, and improve financial operational efficiency.Skills and Qualifications:Local Indonesian Chinese is preferred; proficient in Chinese communication; fluent in Indonesian/English is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related fields; relevant professional certifications are preferred; with senior financial management experience.At least 5 years of financial management experience in large enterprises; proficient in local fiscal and taxation policies, tax declaration procedures and foreign exchange management regulations in Indonesia; capable of handling tax compliance independently.Strong sense of principle, detail-oriented and rigorous; good cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work under pressure; willing to be permanently based in Indonesia.What We Can Offer:A platform to raise your innovative ideas and bring them into realization, make your mark in the tyre industry and beyond;Being part of a rapidly growing company which strives for further success worldwide;Being immersed in a people-oriented culture built on trust and respect;Being part of a diverse, fun, high-spirited and empowered team and interacting with counterparts from other regions internationally and colleagues from varied disciplines;A commitment to train and develop you continuously throughout your career;A career path that allows you to demonstrate your full potential;Competitive compensation and benefits package and non-financial recognition to reward your dedication and achievements.Sounds appealing to you?
