Reporting to the Head of Financial Lines, you will work with your colleagues in the Financial Lines team as part of a hybrid role based in Rathfarnham, Dublin 16.ResponsibilitiesTheunderwritingofFinancialLinesproductsProfessionalIndemnity,MedicalMalpractice, Directors & Officers Liability, Cyber Insurance, Life Sciences and Event Cancellation.WorkinginconjunctionwiththeFinancialLinesmanagertodevelopandgrowproductswith new and existing capacity providers.ParticipatinginbinderrenewalsandCapitalProvideraudits.Meetingsalestargetswhilstmaintainunderwritingstandards.Proactivelymanagingtherenewalofpolicies,issuingproposalforms,renewaltermsand following up on outstanding documentation.Workingcloselywithbrokerstoretainbusiness.Processingmid-termamendments.DevelopingadetailedunderstandingofallourFinancialLinesproducts.BuildingrelationshipswithBrokersbycorrespondence,phoneandattendingbroker meetings when required.Committing to continually improving quality and efficiency within the team, and to achieving personal and team objectives.Other duties and responsibilities as may be required by ManagementRequirementsResultsdrivenwithabilitytomakeowndecisionsandworkonowninitiative.Anexperiencedunderwritingprofessional,withaproventrackrecordinFinancialLines.CIPqualifiedProven experience of dealing with brokers and clients.If you are interested in this position, please forward a copy of your CV and covering letter by clicking APPLY below.KennCo Underwriting Limited is an equal opportunities employer.
