𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: Financial Manager𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Cape Town (Hybrid)Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the accounting function within their growing Cape Town office.This senior role suits a qualified CA(SA) with strong technical accounting experience, leadership ability, and a background in digital assets or blockchain finance. You’ll manage a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple clients and regions.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:• Lead, mentor, and review the work of the accounting team.• Review and sign off on financial statements and related deliverables.• Standardize and improve accounting processes for efficiency and scalability..• Reconcile blockchain and financial data accurately.• Collaborate with international finance teams to align on technical standards.• Support automation, reporting, and control improvements.𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:CA(SA) qualification.5+ years post-articles experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager.Experience preparing and reviewing statements with on-chain or digital asset transactions.Proven team management and mentoring skills.Cayman and/or London market experience preferredStrong analytical and communication skills.𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆?• Build and lead a skilled accounting team in Cape Town.• Work within a global, fast-growing digital assets firm.• Gain hands-on experience with blockchain accounting technology.• Collaborate with international finance teams in a high-performance environment.
