Review, analyze, and resolve chargebacks disputes efficiently and accuratelyPerforming other financial adjustments for users and preparation of bank refundsMaintaining various daily reports and ledgersSupport month-end activities by preparing and maintaining supporting documentationWorking closely with other teams to achieve a smooth operation and improve our user experienceProviding recommendations for process streamlining and improvementsRequirementsFinance Professional - 2-3 years of working experience with a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Economics. Experience in the financial industry will be a plus! Fearless Self Starter - You are interested in working and growing with a fintech start-upAnalytical and Detail Oriented Thinker - You have excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to manage confidential data.
