In business for more than 35 years, the provide expert advice on over €600 million funds under management.They are seeking a well organised, responsible team player for a permanent position of Financial Planner, reporting to the Financial Planning Manager. This role is suitable for someone seeking to progress a career in the financial services industry.ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with a number of Financial Advisors, the successful candidate will complete the following:Prepare all paperwork for New Business proposalsComplete Client Profiles and Fund Switch FormsManage Information RequestsCheck all Annual Portfolio Reviews for accuracyEmail Annual Portfolio Reviews to clientsDeal with adhoc client queries and requestsAlternative contact when colleagues are out of the officeAssist with ad-hoc projects, when requiredAttend some client meetings, when requested.Characteristics & Skills required The candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in the Financial Services industryQFA or equivalent qualificationClient focused and efficient, with specific attention to detailFriendly, outgoing attitude and professional mannerExcellent organisational skills and time managementAbility to prioritise multiple tasks, to a deadline, and take initiative, when requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of MS Office applications - Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook in particularAbility to work in a team environment.
