Financial Performance Analyst

You will play a key role in this transformation, helping us shape our data architecture, extract better insights, and ultimately steer the business in the right direction.Some of your main responsibilities will include:Analyzing financial results, contribution margins and sales volumesActing as a trusted advisor to commercial managers, supporting them with business cases and financial decision-making. Driving the financial planning process to ensure clear targets and alignmentStructuring and improving how we access and use data for faster, more reliable answers. Translating complex data into actionable recommendations that optimize financial performanceOn a personal levelYou are analytical, structured, and communicative, with a strong ability to translate data into business insights. You thrive in a dynamic environment where curiosity and problem-solving drive continuous improvement and better decision-makingKey experiences: Relevant university education in economics, civil engineering or equivalent At least 5 years of experience driving financial performance or analysis within the financial industry.
