Based in Madrid, we collaborate with global teams to develop the e-commerce platforms of tomorrow.Key Responsibilities:Management Reporting & Performance TrackingActively engage in budget, forecasting, and planning processes to ensure alignment between business strategies and financials; Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports and KPI dashboards to management, offering actionable insights that support goal achievement and performance accountability.Decision SupportProvide data-driven insights and financial modeling for key initiatives such as new projects, pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and cost optimization, enabling informed and timely business decisions.Business Support & Financial AnalysisAct as a strategic partner to business teams by deeply understanding the operating model, delivering regular P&L, cost, and profitability analysis, and supporting sustainable financial growth.Cross-functional Collaboration & Process ImprovementWork closely with functions such as PD, Tax, HR, Legal, and accounting to ensure compliance and drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required, with a CPA, ACCA or CFA certification as an additional plusMinimum 5 years of experience in a multinational environments, with relevant experience in e-commerce or retail business and understanding of the Spanish marketStrong business analysis and financial modelling skillsSolid knowledge of financial and management reporting systems and solid technical accounting skillsExcellent English both written and spoken; Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantageAble to work collaboratively with others across various business environments, cultures and teamsExcellent presentation, communication and influencing skillsAbility to communicate with top managementApplication Process:Ready to embark on this journey with us?
