Scope:We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Manager to play a critical role in our financial planning and analysis function. You will be a key business partner to the CFO and CEO of RecordPoint, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will also partner with each function at RecordPoint to further our data-driven culture.Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must, and experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools are a plus. A key part of the role is creating and maintaining dashboards across all functions at RecordPoint including finance, sales and marketing, operations and engineering to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.You will do:KPI Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to managementStrategic Analysis: Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investments and new business opportunitiesPricing Strategy: Conduct with the Product team market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions. Model the financial impact of different pricing structures and strategiesProcess Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the FP&A functionFinancial Modeling and Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses and cashflowBudgeting and Planning: Collaborate with department heads to create annual budgets and long-term financial plansVariance Analysis: Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers of variance and providing actionable insightsYou will bring:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environmentStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel modelingData visualization and analytics (PowerBI, other tools)Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholdersSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of technology companies challenges highly desiredStrategic thinker with excellent business acumen, capable of independent project management, and possess strong financial modeling skills.
