Are you an analytical Finance professional with a passion for turning data into meaningful business insights? Our client, a leading international retailer, is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join its European Finance team based in Utrecht.In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by analyzing and optimizing store wage costs across multiple countries.You’ll work closely with colleagues in Finance, Sales, Planning, and Operations, providing financial analysis, forecasts, and actionable insights to help drive efficiency and profitability.Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst:Analyze store wage performance, identify cost trends and improvement opportunitiesLead forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment between financial results and business realitiesManage monthly closing cycles including accruals and variance analysisPartner with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and performance trackingAssist senior Finance leadership with consolidated reporting and ad-hoc projectsWhat you’ll bring:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field3+ years’ experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or a similar analytical roleStrong Excel skills (advanced functions and modelling)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and countriesFluent English - additional European languages are an advantageExperience in an international retail business environment is preferredIf you are interested in applying for this FP&A Analyst role, please register your interest using the link below.
