This role is responsible for developing financial models, monitoring performance against targets, and providing insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. The FP&A Accountant plays a key role in ensuring effective cost management, budget control, and business growth across all departments.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze monthly management reports and key financial statements.Review profit and loss statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely and precise financial planning cycles.Conduct variance analysis to explain performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.Maintain financial records and support month-end and year-end close processes.Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.1–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in a dynamic or fast-growing environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems is a plus.Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business performance metrics.Core Competencies:Analytical thinking and problem-solvingAccuracy and attention to detailFinancial modeling and data interpretation
