Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Essential Functions Calculate and monitor operating KPI’s and analyze impact on the financial performance of the company. Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Research significant budget variance trends, as assigned. Develop and maintain complex financial models to project business performance. Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying key variances and trends. Prepare management reports and presentations for executive leadership. Partner with business units to evaluate financial performance and provide decision support. Assist in scenario modeling, cost analysis, and investment analysis (e.g., ROI, NPV). Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within the FP&A function. Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed. Provide support for field personnel.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling, etc.).Experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus but not required.Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk and listen. This position works in a remote office environment where associates must be able to remain in a stationary position much of the day.
