JASARA PMC is on the lookout for an experienced and analytical Financial Planning & Analyst Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This role will focus on managing the financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring robust forecasting and budgeting processes that support strategic objectives and financial health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, data analysis, and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the financial planning process, including the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning cyclesDevelop and maintain financial models to project business performance, providing insights that enhance decision-makingCreate and analyze financial reports to monitor and communicate organizational performance against budget and forecastsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in financial projectionsAnalyze market trends, financial trends, and operational performance to provide strategic insights to senior managementSupervise and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional developmentEnsure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standardsParticipate in strategic initiatives by providing financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiencyReconcile data between SAP and Prism/Unifier/BIM systems and perform validation checks to ensure consistencyRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 6 years in a managerial roleExpertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processesProficient in financial analysis tools and Excel; experience with ERP systems is highly desirableStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills, suitable for conveying financial information to diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving performance and engagementExperience in the construction or project management sector is advantageousReconcile data between SAP and Prism/Unifier/BIM systems and perform validation checks to ensure consistencyCertificate in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution - RICS or similar are preferred
