Financial Planning Analyst

A leading healthcare group is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join its growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a senior auditor looking to move into industry, or for a controller/analyst seeking broader exposure within a dynamic environment.Sitting at the centre of the business, the position offers wide-ranging exposure across financial reporting and analysis, operations, strategy, and performance management.Key Responsibilities:Support the organisation with high-quality financial reporting and analysis.Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly financial statements.Perform financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret financial data.Develop ad hoc reports and conduct detailed data analysis using ERP systems.Apply advanced Excel skills for business modelling and scenario analysis.Monitor and track key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights.Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and wider financial planning processes.Support senior management in financial decision-making.Travel occasionally within Switzerland for meetings and training.Candidate Profile:Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a strong advantage.Solid experience in finance or audit; exposure to the healthcare/medical/hospital sector is beneficial.Comfortable working in multinational environments.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to develop ad hoc reports.Advanced Excel modelling and analytical capabilities.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.We are looking for a dynamic, versatile professional with outstanding organisational, service, and prioritisation skills.
