FP&A Analyst required for a high-growth, private equity–backed EdTech business (Hybrid – Hammersmith)£65,000 – £70,000 + 5% bonus + pensionWe are partnering with a fast-growing, private equity–backed global EdTech organisation that is transforming how data and digital tools support learning worldwide. The business has recently undergone a major integration and is building a best-in-class commercial finance team to support ambitious growth and ongoing transformation.As FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering accurate forecasting, insightful analysis, and meaningful financial reporting to senior leadership. You’ll work closely with business unit heads and global stakeholders to drive financial performance and decision-making during an exciting period of change.This is a great opportunity for a proactive and analytical finance professional looking to make a tangible impact in a purpose-driven, high-growth environment.Key Requirements:Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 3–5 years’ FP&A or commercial finance experienceStrong background in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L managementConfident user of financial planning tools (e.g. Adaptive Planning, Workday, or similar)Excellent Excel and data manipulation skillsHands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about process improvement and automationStrong communication skills with the ability to partner across finance and non-finance teamsKey Responsibilities:Lead quarterly reforecasting and support the delivery of budgets and financial plansOwn headcount and overhead reporting across multiple divisionsPartner with budget holders to deliver insightful analysis and challenge performanceDevelop and improve financial models and management information in Adaptive PlanningTrack capital expenditure and support automation initiatives to enhance efficiencyPrepare performance reports and KPIs for senior leadershipThe role is hybrid, based in Hammersmith (1–2 days per week), offering the chance to work within a collaborative, high-performing team in a business that combines commercial success with genuine social impact.If you’re looking for your next step in FP&A and want to be part of an innovative, international EdTech group, please apply below.
