The finance team plays a key strategic role in supporting commercial decision-making and driving future growth across multiple business units.About the RoleThe FP&A Analyst position sits within the Automotive Division and supports financial planning and analysis across multiple lines of business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders in both the divisional and group finance teams, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.This is a great opportunity for a proactive and analytical finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where your insights directly influence business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes across the Automotive Division.Deliver monthly performance reporting, financial analysis, and actionable insights to leadership teams.Partner with divisional finance teams to analyse performance, working capital, CAPEX, and cash flow.Drive process improvement and automation initiatives across FP&A.Standardise reporting templates and enhance data accuracy across business units.Collaborate with senior finance stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals and performance.About YouYou’re commercially minded, highly analytical, and enjoy turning complex financial data into clear insights that support decision-making.
