Manager – Group Reporting, Consolidation & FP&A GCC-based SWF Associated Entity | Full-time | Location: UAE About the roleHands-on Group Reporting Manager to own IFRS consolidation across multiple entities and deliver clear, timely management insights. You’ll run the month-end close, lead budgets and rolling forecasts, and improve processes across the finance stack.What you’ll doLead full IFRS consolidation: eliminations, intercompany, disclosures, audit readiness.Deliver monthly packs: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, net debt/gearing, and variance analysis.Run the annual budget and rolling forecasts; partner with business leads on drivers and targets.Standardize close processes and controls; drive automation in SAP/Oracle and Excel models.Coordinate external audit, internal audit, Tax/VAT, and key stakeholders across entities.What you’ll bringCA/ACCA/CPA with 8–12 years in group reporting/consolidation at large or multi-entity organizations.Strong IFRS and audit exposure; confident with SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel.Sharp attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work to tight timelines.Nice to haveExperience in PE/SWF-backed or conglomerate environments.Exposure to treasury metrics, IFRS 9/IFRS 16 topics, and management reporting automation.Why joinImpact across a complex, growth-stage group.Senior leadership visibility and room to shape process and tooling.Competitive package and career progression.International candidates encouraged to apply
