Job Description

Position summary: You will provide controlling support to your local market – Germany and the broader DACH region, including preparation of budgets and forecasts, project approval and tracking, and other financial planning & analysis activities on a timely basis. You will be esponsible for the execution of all transactional and controlling/reporting operations related to the DACH region.Job Information:Key Responsibilities:Full P&L and BS support in term of planning and controlling (mainly commercial analyses and controlling)Support on preparation of budgets and forecasts, load into systems.Performance and value creationProvide insightful visibility on underlying performance driversEngage with business to improve performanceIdentify areas for value creation and execute against themRevenue Growth Management (RGM)Reconciling Gross to Net Level with trade termsAnalyze product, customer, and channel profitabilityMonitoring trade terms and discount to maximize profitabilityPricing analysis and building solid controllership structuresExperience Profile:University degree in finance or business administration and ideally qualificationExperience within a sophisticated finance function with exposure to best practices; Solid Microsoft Office skills (I.e Excel, Power Point, Power BI) Comprehensive knowledge of German accounting as well as generally accepted accounting principlesProficient analytical, statistical, problem-solving skills. Project management experience is a plus.Strong communication and leadership skills to interface with key business stakeholdersHaving FMCG background is a plusExpertise in pricing, Gross to Net, trade terms and the link to P&L Fluent in German and English, written and spoken; other languages are a plus (such as French)
