You'll take the lead on budgets, forecasts, long-range modelling, and performance insights that directly support operations, commercial teams, and senior leadership.This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond reporting — someone who wants to shape the story behind the numbers and influence business outcomes.What You’ll DriveOwn and lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planningDeliver clear, insight-rich monthly Board reportingBuild and enhance financial models that elevate decision-makingPresent performance trends, risks, and opportunities to leadershipPartner with Commercial to unlock margin, revenue, and cost improvementsLead variance analysis during month-end and drive better performance accountabilityImprove reporting tools, dashboards, and financial systemsDevelop analytical tools supporting accrual and performance accuracyProvide financial leadership on cross-functional projectsConduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and business casesThis role has both strategic impact and hands-on ownership — the perfect mix for an ambitious FP&A professional.What You’ll Bring7+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or business partneringStrong experience presenting financial insights to senior leadersAdvanced modelling capability and deep Excel skillsetAbility to simplify complex analysis and tell a compelling financial storyExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reportingProficiency with ERP and BI toolsStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsTertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or BusinessCPA/CA highly regardedWho You AreYou’re someone who:Thinks commercially and strategicallyCan challenge assumptions and influence outcomesLoves improving processes, tools, and financial capabilityMoves fast and thrives in a dynamic environmentCommunicates clearly and builds trust quicklyHas high standards, high integrity, and a drive for continuous improvementWhy Strait Link?At Strait Link, you’re not a cog in a corporate machine — you’re a key voice shaping business performance.
