Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing external economic conditions, validating financial projections, preparing monthly closing reports, and ensuring the reliability of key financial information.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the impact of economic conditions on business operations.Validate quarterly budgets and forecasts.Prepare monthly closing reports and financial analyses.Present monthly recurring revenues.Perform financial analysis of working capital and other areas.Ensure the availability of information on purchase orders, cash flow, and P&L.Prepare the monthly report submitted to the corporate group.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting. (Required)Advanced English (spoken and written) due to constant communication. (Required)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, and others). Interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.Verifiable work references required.CompetenciesCommitment to quality and meeting deadlines.Proactivity and autonomy in task execution.Effective time management.Attention to detail and results-oriented.Work LocationPanama East, Las Mañanitas, 5 minutes from the Metro station.
